You have to hand it to George Stephanopoulos of ABC News. On his Sunday edition of Meet the Press Stephanopoulos really pressed Obama on the obvious tax hike that Obamacare will mean for the country. Stephanopoulos marks himself as one of the few Old Media tyopes that have ever pressed Obama on… well… anything.
For his part, Obama refused to accept that his tax hike is a tax hike. Stephanopoulos even broke out the dictionary definition of “tax” to prove to the president that his insurance mandate was, indeed, a tax on everyone.
Good for Stephanopoulos. At last someone in the Old Media confronted Obama with his lies.
